Here below is a selection of services I provide.
Loo need a fix? No problem - I can just replace the part you need. However, if you're looking for an upgrade, I can replace your existing toilet with either a concealed cistern, close coupled, high level or low level toilet.
Why not arrange for me to make a visit to measure and estimate for your new sink and tap to be fitted? A stylish new sink could really transform your kitchen.
Give your bathroom basin a new look with a change of taps. I can remove and replace your old taps or if possible replace the innards with a new washer or body.
Replace your old, poor-performing shower with a better one or simply upgrade it for a more modern look, perhaps with a new shower screen.
I can upgrade and replace your old hot water cylinder for a more efficient part L1 type, saving you money and improving efficiency.
Improve your hot and cold water pressure for better performing showers and baths. No need for a cold water tank in the loft.
A complete service, from tiling to flooring, showers, baths, suites - the lot!
Replace your old incoming lead or leaking water mains with new, durable and corrosion-free Polypropylene pipe.
Remove your old fibre glass or galvanised tank and replace with a new cold water tank including bye-law 30 kit (to comply with current water regulations).
I can provide 1st fix pipework (for other fitters/installers to complete) and/or 2nd fix (fitting of sinks, taps, sanitary ware, fixtures etc).
I can visit any organisation that requires an annual service for its blending valves. On completion, providing you with a record sheet of my findings.
Installation of all soil and waste pipework in plastic, aluminium, zinc as appropriate.
Keep your bathrooms cleaner, make your soap go further and improve your skin quality with the installation of a water softener, to remove excess limescale and other impurities from the water supply.
I can carry out a report on your plumbing system, label valves, and identify what services you have and what they do.
Just wanted to say thank you very much for what you have done today. We are very pleased with everything, thanks!S SCOTT, EASTBOURNE

I run a job sheet record system in which myself and my engineers’ time will be recorded and signed for.
All records are kept for future reference, building a history of all work carried out to your home or business, making sure you are charged accurately for time spent - and only for time spent.
I can also set up an annual reminder system which will be beneficial for regular maintenance work such as blending valve calibration or any other work you require to be carried out each year.
Invoices can be delivered either by email or in the post, whichever you prefer.
Payments can be taken either as cheque or cash.
I also take debit or credit card payments on site and there is no additional charge for this service, although card payments over a certain amount do incur an unavoidable bank charge of a few percent. If you pay by this method, I can provide you with a receipt either by email, SMS text or, shortly after, by post.
Alternatively, if you decide to pay by card after you have received an invoice, I can make an appointment to see you and collect payment which is quick and simple - it only takes a couple of minutes.
